Dr. Georgianna (Gigi) Kates was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She received her education from The University of California San Diego and Howard University. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency training at The University Hospitals of Cleveland in 1997. She was in private practice at The University Suburban Health Center for over 15 years and joined inkoninkoff in 2016.
She is passionate about sharing all of the simple beauty advancements available to help maintain and enhance your best appearance. Keeping beauty simple and real is what we aim to do. Dr. Kates loves working with both men and women to find the medical spa services that make them look and feel incredible!

DANIELLE STULL
Tattoo Artist, PMU Artist & Body Piercer
In addition to being an expert tattoo artist, Danielle is also a passionate fine artist, specializing in sculpture and watercolor.
She became a tattoo artist and body piercer while in college. Her early experience as a nail technician and hairstylist prompted her interest in permanent cosmetics and in 2012.
When it comes to body art tattoos, Danielle has a versatile style and does not limit herself to one style because of the fluctuations in trends.
“I love color realism the most and soft, delicate or feminine tattoos,” Danielle says. I am open to most designs except directly satanic, racist, or horror-related imagery.
Danielle is also an expert in permanent makeup tattooing, specializing in eyeliner, brows, scar coverup, and 3D areola tattooing. For body piercings, Danielle uses only implant-grade steel, titanium, and gold.

AMY HAN, MD
A native of Cleveland, Dr. Amy Han graduated from Case Western Reserve University with Bachelor’s Degrees in Science in Biochemistry and Nutrition in 2012, and Doctor of Medicine in 2018 from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Since then, she has matched into General Surgery residency at Cleveland Clinic where she is currently engaged in Surgical Education research in professional development time. She is also working towards her Master in Education in Health Professions at Johns Hopkins University. She joined the IOIO team in 2021.
She is looking forward to helping clients through their journey in tattoo removal and laser treatments to achieve an outward appearance that promotes inner confidence.

AZADEH ZANGENEH, DO, MPH
Dr. Azy Zangeneh is a Houston native and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She completed a Master in Public Health at UT Houston School of Public Health followed by medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Washington state. She moved to Cleveland in 2017 where she completed her internal medicine residency at University Hospitals in 2020.
In addition to practicing internal medicine, she has an interest in cosmetic medicine and joined IOIO studio in 2020. She is passionate about providing holistic and comprehensive care to her patients and dedicated to improving the wellness and confidence of her clients through laser and other rejuvenation services.
COURTNEY BEHMLANDER, CNP
Courtney is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. After receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Toledo, she worked as an RN for five years before attending Ursuline College, where she then graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing. Courtney has worked in a variety of settings – from oncology to surgical step down to the emergency department.
Originally from Michigan, Courtney has made Cleveland her home along with her two Goldendoodles, Tucker and Chip. She especially enjoys the diverse landscape surrounding Cleveland and likes to run, hike, bike, and explore Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
LINDSAY SUSTIN

Lindsay specializes in eyebrow microblading. She is trained by world-renowned permanent cosmetics leader Daria Chuprys in Beverly Hills, California whose precise hair-stroke placement methodology achieves the most realistic result in the industry.
With three years of experience, Lindsay’s areas of expertise include beautiful and natural pigment color selection for all skin tones and creating the best brow shape for all face types and ages.
